I don't question your credibility (or your character), but I do find it odd that an EU player joins the NA forum to comment on rather than play this game. You're welcome to check it out if you want to question my credibility. No, but that isn't really a balancing factor unless wg is out to make a buck and this is certainly a cash grab along with the tech tree tier 9 and 10 which are basically the same tank just more of everything. The stout turret decent gun depression and gun itself lends very well to blurple and unicum play. This is an op tank in a gud players hands even more so than they can pull out of a normal tank.
